1. People are performing the transform feeling process to change their life circumstances.
When someone is focused on changing their circumstances whilst performing the transform feeling process, their focus is on what they do not want. Their very focus and intention are on the negative circumstances and what you focus on you experience as life experiences more and more.
Their intension behind the process is to change the circumstances that is creating the pain, instead of shifting their focus on to the pain itself. The pain is an interior state of being and the circumstances are an exterior manifestation of the state of being. It is the state of being that creates life experiences and life experiences are a mirror of the state of being. You would not try to comb your hair in your reflection in the mirror, as you will know that is impossible. You would comb your hair on your head and witness the change in the mirror and the mechanism of manifestation is the same; what you feel inside is mirrored in your life as a life experience. Therefore, all your focus must be on the feeling of the pain within.
2. A person is performing the transforming feeling process to remove the pain within.
Again the focus is on getting rid of the pain that you do not want, I do not want to feel this pain anymore you say. Therefore, you get more pain, as your focus is on “I do not want this pain”. The process is to feel the pain as intense as you can then let it go without judging the pain as a bad thing.
“Letting go is not getting rid of something that you do not like, IT IS LETTING GO WITH LOVE AND NON-JUDGMENT – SOMETHING THAT YOU NO LONGER PREFER TO EXPERIENCE”.
It is like holding a small ball in your hand and feeling and experiencing the ball as intense as you can. When you no longer prefer to hold and experience the ball any more, you simply open your hand and let the ball fall to the ground, you let the ball go. Not because you do not want to hold it for one reason or another or because it is painful for you to hold the ball. You have let go of the ball because you have experienced all what the ball can offer you as an experience and now you prefer to move on to a new experience.
All manifestation processes are the same. If you are moving from a job because you do not like your present job due to stress and other reasons. Your new job, even though different, will give you the same feelings as you had in the previous job, as you cannot run away from pain, you have to run into it and experience it to the fullest.
Once you have experienced the pain to the fullest and it no longer serves your soul to experience the pain, you will let that pain go automatically. That’s why it is very important to feel the pain as intense as you can before letting it go. If you resist the pain and not be with the pain without judgement, the pain will remain for you to experience. All experiences remain until the soul has experienced the experience to its fullest.
3. People just say the words without feeling the feeling.
As I have said many times before, the words that you say in the transform feeling process are only 10% effective, you have to feel the process, as feelings are what cements all manifestations in physical reality. Even your thoughts and beliefs are held in your mind by your feelings.
Feelings and their emotional manifestations are the glue that cements ALL manifestations, beliefs and thoughts into physical reality.
Let go of the negative feelings and the glue that cements the negative beliefs and thoughts in your mind will disappear. Therefore, the negative thoughts and beliefs will weaken and dissipate automatically, as there will be nothing to hold them together. Once your negative feeling are let go, the negative beliefs and thought are easy to change to thoughts and beliefs that are more in alignment with happiness, health, wealth and abundance.
Focus mostly on transforming your feelings and your life experiences will change to life experiences that you prefer.
Feelings are the key. Gregg Braden said in a YouTube video that he asked a Buddhist what is happening inside them when they pray, what is the effect of the rituals and chanting they do.
The Buddhist answer was: “It is not about the ritual or the words said in prayer, it is the feeling itself that is the PRAYER. The words and rituals are only there to create the feeling, PRAYER IS FEELING”.
